You will partner with the Legal and Studio teams and Product stakeholders to maintain a library of internal agent-facing scripts and external user-facing FAQs. Your success will be defined by your ability to distill technical details into concise, "need-to-know" information that empowers both our users and our support agents to resolve inquiries efficiently. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: - Knowledge Base Maintenance: Create and update external user-facing FAQ content for DailyPay’s core products (US EWA, DP Card, etc.) and upcoming international launches - Agent Empowerment: Develop internal Knowledge Base articles and support scripting (talk tracks) to ensure agents provide accurate, on-brand resolutions - AI-Enabled Content Workflows: Design, implement, and maintain AI-assisted content workflows (e.g., article auto-drafting, smart tagging, automated verification cadences) within Zendesk and adjacent tools — including the human QA loops, documentation, and performance monitoring required to keep them accurate and reliable after launch - Internal Communications: Draft ad-hoc internal content such as team newsletters, Slack announcements, and email notif
