Content Creator (Linkedin)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator/Strategist with a strong understanding of LinkedIn to build and grow a professional brand through engaging, high-quality content. This role goes beyond simply writing posts. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, identifying topics that resonate with professional audiences, creating compelling LinkedIn content, and using performance data to continuously improve engagement and reach. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with business and brand goals. Research industry trends, audience interests, and relevant topics to identify content opportunities. Create engaging LinkedIn posts, including thought leadership, educational content, storytelling, and industry insights. Develop strong hooks, headlines, and post structures designed to increase engagement and reach. Repurpose existing content, company insights, interviews, and other materials into LinkedIn-ready content. Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather ideas, insights, and subject-matter expertise. Monitor LinkedIn content performance and analyze metrics such as impressions, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Test different content formats, topics, hooks, and approaches to identify what performs best. Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, platform changes, and emerging content strategies.
