We are hiring a Content Lead to own our voice on the internet: the content strategy, the social brand, and the story Paires tells the startup and venture world. Your audience is specific: successful US founders at seed to Series B, the hottest pre-seeds, and the investors around the world who back them. Paires is where founders come to raise capital. We pair them with the right investors from a large, engaged global investor network, then our agents manage the relationships that turn into meetings. It is a two-sided platform, live with paying clients, profitable and self-funded, built by a small, senior, flat team that ships fast. The role You own our content strategy and social presence from A to Z: what we say, where we say it, and the brand founders and investors meet before they ever talk to us. You report directly to the co-founders, strategize with them, and get real creative freedom. This is a strategy and creation seat, not a scheduling seat. You do not need to be technical and you do not need to know paid ads - design, engineering, and video production are covered, and we train paid. The taste and the voice are the hire. Podcasts and sit-downs with successful founders and investors, from idea to published. Growing our audience of founders and investors, measured in reach and inbound, not vanity metrics.
