What You'll Do Lead brand strategy engagements, including positioning, messaging, and brand identity development. Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and project kickoffs that uncover meaningful insights. Turn audience, competitor, market, and performance data into actionable recommendations. Become an expert on each client's business, customers, and category. Partner with Creative, Account, and New Business teams to shape campaigns from concept through execution. Build strategy presentations and confidently lead client conversations. Support Organic Growth by identifying opportunities and presenting strategic recommendations. Help tell the story behind the work by crafting compelling rationale for creative presentations. Partner with our research team to continuously explore trends, emerging platforms, and cultural shifts to keep our clients ahead of what's next, and to dig deeper into key insights to identify white space opportunities and create compelling brand narratives Prepare research briefs for the research team, identifying key strategic questions and hypotheses for each project.
