We are currently seeking a Contract Family Law Attorney to join our expanding team. Position Overview This is a contract-based role ideal for an experienced attorney who is confident managing family law matters, appearing in court, and maintaining a consistent caseload in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents related to divorce, custody, support, and related matters Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to client needs Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials Handle discovery processes, including document requests, interrogatories, and depositions Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Provide legal guidance and case assessments to clients during emotionally sensitive matters Collaborate with internal team members, including case managers and support staff Maintain accurate and timely billing records to meet required billable hours Ensure compliance with all court deadlines, procedural rules, and firm standards Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of legal practice Strong experience in family law (divorce, custody, child support, etc.) Trial experience (required) Ability to meet a minimum of 120+ hours per month Strong ability to manage cases independently and meet d
