The Role We're looking for an experienced Contract Product Manager to join a major digital transformation programme supporting products and services within the UK's Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) landscape. The programme focuses on improving the digital experience for customers who generate renewable electricity and export surplus energy back to the National Grid. You'll help shape products that simplify customer journeys, improve operational efficiency and support the UK's transition to a smarter, low-carbon energy system. This is a fully remote contract open to candidates based anywhere in the UK. Working alongside Engineering, Design, Data and business stakeholders, you'll define product strategy, prioritise delivery and ensure solutions create measurable value for both customers and the business. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to business objectives. Understand customer needs, market trends and regulatory requirements within the renewable energy sector. Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery teams remain focused on the highest-value outcomes.
