Responsibilities Peraton is delivering the next generation of mission‑critical command‑and‑control and enterprise software capabilities that power the U.S. Government’s space communications infrastructure. As a Control Account Manager (CAM) Lead , you will play a central role in managing the cost, schedule, and performance execution of key program scope using disciplined Earned Value Management practices. You will integrate Agile software development activities into Earned Value Management System (EVMS) structures, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, finance, and program leadership to maintain program health and ensure execution excellence. What you’ll do: Lead the planning, budgeting, and management of assigned control accounts, ensuring alignment of technical scope, schedule, and cost. Maintain and execute EVMS processes, including developing Control Account Plans (CAPs), tracking performance metrics, and preparing variance analyses. Integrate Agile software development artifacts (features, stories, increments) into EVMS structures to ensure compliant earned value reporting. Coordinate closely with program management, engineering, and Agile teams to ensure accurate status, risk identification, and forecast updates. Oversee baseline management activities, including work package definition, schedule integration, and change control. Provide leadership and guidance to CAMs across the program to ensure consistency, compliance, and readiness for internal and customer reviews (e.g., IBRs, surveillance audits).
