Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking finance professional to lead our accounting function while helping strengthen our financial planning and analysis capabilities. This role combines traditional Controller responsibilities with strategic finance support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both maintaining financial integrity and partnering with leadership to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong technical accounting background, and is excited to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-term financial planning. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Reporting Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, and month-end close. Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies. Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors. Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and treasury activities. Manage tax compliance activities in partnership with external tax advisors. Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting that provide insight into business performance. Support long-range financial planning, scenario analysis, and cash flow forecasting
