Lead UI/UX Designer – DTC eCommerce Brand About the Role We're looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end customer experience across our direct-to-consumer eCommerce ecosystem. This role combines strategic thinking, user-centered design, conversion optimization, and visual excellence to create seamless shopping experiences that drive business growth. You'll work closely with leadership, marketing, developers, and eCommerce teams to transform customer insights into intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. What You'll Do User Experience & Product Design Lead the design of customer journeys across web, mobile, landing pages, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences. Conduct UX research and analyze customer behavior to identify friction points and opportunities. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Continuously improve site usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Design experiences that improve engagement, conversion rates, average order value, and retention. Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to develop and test new landing pages, offers, and funnels. Use analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing insights to guide design decisions. Balance creativity with measurable business outcomes. Design Systems & Brand Experience Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints while evolving the brand experience. Establish design standards, workflows, and best practices for the team. Advocate for high-quality visual design and user experience across the organization.
