This is a remote position with up to 50% domestic travel required. Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States. AbbVie ’s U.S. Market Access organization partners with payers at the state, regional, and national levels to support affordable patient access across AbbVie ’s portfolio. Within Market Access, the Corporate Account Team manages AbbVie ’s relationships with large U.S. national payers. Organized around the three large PBM-owned GPOs (Ascent-Cigna, Zinc-CVS, Emisar-UnitedHealth Group), the team is led by Corporate Account Leaders (CALs) who guide experienced Account Executives in developing strategies to secure and maintain profitable access for AbbVie ’s portfolio while strengthening relationships with AbbVie ’s largest payer customers, who manage reimbursement for more than 80% of U.S. sales. CALs set the strategic direction for their groups, planning 12–24 months ahead and providing insights and options to internal stakeholders to support payer success. They also lead internal processes that strengthen U.S. payer relationships while developing team members’ capabilities, customer relationships, and connectivity across U.S. Market Access.
