WHO YOU ARE You are a hands-on accounting leader who has built a strong foundation across the accounting function and is ready to take the next significant step in your career. You have developed broad accounting experience within a small to mid-sized, multi-entity organization , where you have been close to the details and understand what it takes to successfully manage the day-to-day accounting needs of a growing business while leading others to deliver results. You combine strong technical accounting knowledge with a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership approach. You are equally comfortable setting direction and stepping into the work—moving between financial reporting, revenue recognition, cash forecasting, treasury, accounting operations, systems, and process improvement. You do not simply identify problems or delegate them—you take ownership, mobilize the right people, develop solutions, and drive them through to completion. You are an effective people leader who can establish clear expectations, hold others accountable, develop talent, and execute through a team while remaining willing to step into the details when needed. You understand that strong leadership in a growing organization requires balancing strategic oversight with tactical execution. You are responsive, resourceful, curious, and motivated by the opportunity to build, improve, and lead from the front.
