Position Title: Corporate Counsel and Risk Manager Location: Remote (United States) Job Summary DLB is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel and Risk Manager to lead enterprise risk management, contract and insurance risk oversight, and compliance governance across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and monitored in alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance on operational, contractual, regulatory, financial, and safety-related risks while partnering closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Working in conjunction with the Chief Legal Officer, this position also oversees risk-related contract review, insurance program administration, and enterprise compliance initiatives. As a key member of the Operations Team, this role collaborates closely with Safety, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, Contract Administration, and Executive Leadership. The position reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and requires strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
