Corporate Recruiter - IT Security Job Details The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening/interviewing, selection and hiring prospective employees. Responsibilities/functions • Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods. • Assess talent and skills of applicants. • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to develop/execute various recruiting strategies. • Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings. • Confer with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills. • Provide information about the client and job opportunities to potential applicants. • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates. Corporate Recruiter Mandatory Skills • 5+ Years’ experience within a human resource staffing function • 2 - 5+ Years’ experience in a corporate recruiting environment with a heavy emphasis on creative candidate sourcing (LinkedIn highly desirable). • Experience
