About the Role TELUS Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Counsellor to join our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) team. You'll provide short-term, solution-focused counselling via telephone and video sessions, helping clients navigate life's challenges and build resilience. Location: Anywhere in UK || Remote || Permanent, Full-Time, 35 Hours a week Role & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessments and short-term counselling interventions using a brief solution-focused counselling model Identify client needs and refer to appropriate internal and external resources to ensure holistic support Maintain detailed, accurate case notes and submit files in accordance with clinical policies and regulatory requirements Meet clinical objectives and KPIs as defined by Clinical Management Undertake mandatory E-Learning modules and attend training sessions to stay current with best practices Demonstrate strong clinical judgment in assessing risks related to child welfare, suicide/self-harm, substance abuse, and other safeguarding concerns Utilize computer systems for appointment scheduling, client record management, and organizational information retrieval Keep abreast of relevant regulatory and legislative developments in mental health practice Participate in weekly team meetings, monthly one-to-one clinical supervision with your ma
