Creative Designer (Maternity Cover)

We love designing practical and beautiful homes for parks not only in the UK but also across the world. We are looking to recruit a Part-time Creative Designer to provide concept designs and sales floor plans/elevations as required by the design lead. Key Responsibilities Create high-resolution digital visualizations & concepts to a high standard Create digital & physical mood boards & design intent for holiday homes & lodges Proactively liaise with suppliers to ensure that all specified products are available, or choose alternative products Monitor Key competitors to ensure the creative element of the overall design strategy are on track Monitor market trends and competitors Assist in updating of Design Catalogue, Product specifications Proactively monitor and acts upon internal and external feedback to improve the design process and output Assist in creating & presenting to staff and clients/customers design proposals Provide detailed and accurate drawings & visualizations that are suitable for customer presentation and for production Work closely with Commercial, Technical and Procurement teams Ensure that all new products & designs are Designed for Manufacture and meet the Project budget. Provide technical CAD data to suppliers, the technical team and BOM team where required Attend shows, events & offsite meetings when required. Perform admin duties as required.
