Position Summary The Creative Producer is a versatile creative and production partner on Priorities USA 's Marketing and Content team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. Working in close partnership with the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, the Creative Producer helps bring paid digital content to life across the full production cycle — from scripting through vendor management, post-production, and delivery. We are looking for a teammate who is as comfortable writing a video script or a round of paid social copy as they are scoping a production budget or moving a deliverable through post. The right candidate brings hands-on production experience, strong written communication skills, and the flexibility to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving, high-stakes program. This is a remote, cycle-based position, ending at the end of 2026. The role includes occasional travel, and working hours are 10AM-6PM ET regardless of location. Please note that we are not currently registered to do business in all locations; we are not accepting applicants based in Florida, Hawaii, Missouri, or Texas. Position Responsibilities Produce paid digital content from initial brief through final delivery, in close partnership with the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director. Write video scripts, paid social copy, and treatments that translate research and messaging strategy into content that resonates with diverse voter audiences across digital platforms. Manage vendor teams across multiple race-level production pods — scoping, hiring, scheduling, and moving deliverables through post. Create simple paid media
