Creator Coordinator Function: Creator Sourcing | Influencer & UGC Partnerships | Creator Operations Reports to: Creator Operations Lead Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time, Contractor Seniority Level: Entry–Mid Level Fee: $2,000 – $2,500 USD The Role: We’re looking for a Creator Coordinator to join one of the UK’s leading agencies and become the driving force behind our creator sourcing operation. This role is responsible for building and managing a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC creators across multiple client accounts. You’ll identify new creator talent, vet creators against our internal quality standards, coordinate creator onboarding, build relationships and ensure our wider team always has access to the right creators for every campaign.
