The Opportunity: Credit Analyst, US Core Tilt is looking for a Senior Credit Manager to support our Cash Advance business, one of our largest and most established product lines. You'll work at the intersection of credit policy, model development, and product strategy, helping us maintain the rigor and velocity of our existing credit programs while supporting a growing agenda of new product experimentation. This is an individual-contributor role with outsized visibility: you won't manage a team, but you will regularly partner with and influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across the business. This role is a great fit for someone who wants deep ownership of high-impact analytical work and who's energized by moving between rigorous quantitative analysis and creative, ambiguous conceptual problems. How You'll Make an Impact Sustain credit model and policy velocity: Support the ongoing development and refinement of credit models and underwriting policies for Cash Advance, helping maintain quality and pace as the program evolves. Drive new product experimentation: Partner on the design and evaluation of new product constructs and pricing approaches, bringing rigorous credit analysis to test-and-learn initiatives that are still taking shape. Bridge new product experiences and credit rigor: Bring both a user/product lens and a quantitative credit policy lens to new initiatives — helping ideas move from concept to tested, scalable strategy.
