Role Overview The Credit Services Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for a nationwide customer base, providing timely, accurate, and professional support across a range of credit-related tasks. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience by addressing questions, resolving problems, and ensuring satisfaction through every interaction. This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States. Primary Responsibilities Review incoming lien waiver requests and sworn statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines. Validate supporting documentation (proof of payment, invoices, job information). Ensure compliance with state-specific lien waiver laws and internal risk policies. Use Billtrust to confirm customer payments, remittance details, and cash posting status. Navigate Trilogy to access customer job information, invoice data, order history, and account notes to ensure waiver accuracy. Use a Notary platform to electronically process notarized
