The CRm Admin will manage the CRM platform (MS Dynamics) to meet business needs timely and drive users adoption continuously. Location: In office only Responsibilities The role will have primary responsibility for CRM and assist the team in a few other in-house IT applications that are closely connected to CRM and business operations. MS Dynamics 365 CRM Serve as primary contact for CRM between all Users and Group CRM Team. Provide day-to-day support and problem-solving for Users Prepare dashboards and generate data insights to fuel business growth. Produce training materials/ sessions and onboard new users Manage utilisation and adoption, identify gaps to drive users to reach Sales KPIs.
