CRM Specialist

We're looking for a CRM Specialist to help execute and grow lifecycle marketing programs for Domaine 's clients. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of strategy, creative, and execution. You'll work alongside CRM Strategists to bring lifecycle programs to life across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, owning everything from campaign briefs and segmentation to platform execution, QA, reporting, and optimization. We're looking for someone who understands both the details and the bigger picture. You should be comfortable building campaigns and flows inside platforms like Klaviyo, analyzing performance to uncover opportunities, managing multiple client priorities, and collaborating with strategists, creatives, developers, and clients to keep work moving. The right person is highly organized, curious, and excited about finding new ways to drive engagement, retention, and revenue throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities: Co-manage clients alongside CRM Team Strategists, managing and setting the pace for all day to day operations of lifecycle marketing. Email brief production, copywriting and design instruction for emails, SMS, MMS, Push notifications, and In-App Messaging. Campaign project management & production timeline coordination between client(s), designer(s), coder(s), and strategist(s) to ensure asset completion is executed to proper specifications.
