Curriculum Developer: Data Center Technician (contract; part time)

Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one. This is a part-time contract position. The contract will run about 3-5 months. We anticipate about 10-15 hours of work per week. This is subject to change based on program needs and consultant capacity; these decisions will be made by Correlation One (C1) staff and communicated well in advance. About the Role The Curriculum Developer will support the content development needs of Correlation One's Data Center Technician program, a certification preparation course aligned to the EXIN/EPI Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP®) exam. This person will work from existing lesson outlines and a structured GenAI (Claude)-based development workflow to draft, refine, and finalize ready-to-use Codio lessons, labs, and assessments. A successful curriculum developer will have experience in content development (technical content preferred), adult education and pedagogy, and hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools for drafting and iteration. Data center or IT infrastructure knowledge is a nice-to-have but not required. The ideal candidate will be an excellent educator with experience designing learning experiences for adult learners with varied (including beginner) knowledge and skills. Key Responsibilities Develop lessons from provided lesson outlines using GenAI (Claude) within Correlation One's established content
