You’ll support projects that make customer proof more usable and reusable across the business, including improving customer reference data and preparing content for AI and LLM consumption. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build AI workflows that enable our GTM teams to move faster while creating scalable foundations for customer storytelling programs, like Cribl Con. You’ll also get exposure to how a modern advocacy team operates cross-functionally, strategically, and with a deep focus on customer value.
