Customer Advocate, Core Products, Office of the CPO

This is a high-impact strategic role that serves as the voice of MongoDB's most important customers at the executive level. The Customer Advocate, Core Products will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Product Officer, driving cross-functional alignment to ensure that customer feedback, escalations, and long-term success are deeply embedded in MongoDB's core product strategy. This role is critical to bridging the gap between our customers' most pressing challenges and the product roadmap. You will partner with product leadership, engineering, sales, and customer success to identify patterns in customer experience, surface strategic opportunities, and ensure MongoDB's core products continuously evolve to meet the needs of our highest-value customers and partners. You will operate with visibility and influence at the highest levels of the organization, serving as a strategic partner who elevates the customer's voice in executive decision-making and product development priorities. This role can be based out of any MongoDB U.S. office or remotely within the United States Role Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic liaison between MongoDB's core product organization and its most important customers, ensuring their needs are heard, prioritized, acted upon, and ultimately addressed. Develop and execute a forward-looking customer advocacy strategy in collaboration with the CPO and senior product leadership Build and maintain deep relationships with executive stakeholders at strategic customer accounts, acting as their trusted partner and escalation point for core product concerns Drive an effective, structured process for customer engagement — from initial qualification and discovery through executive narrative development, action tracking, and closed-loop follow-up Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to surface high-signal customer feedback and translate it into actionable product insights and roadmap influence Lead preparation
