Communicate with customers and vendors in order to monitor flow of shipment movement while providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor customer shipments that in storage to ensure timely updates for our agents and accounting department Effectively balance a large volume of tasks and emails Perform administrative procedures related to the customer’s relocation Provide accurate and complete information in computer systems Prioritize workload to meet required deadlines Provide administrative support to customer service department Back up support for receptionist Ability to work overtime Job Skills Required: Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Aptitude for working under deadlines and within specific time frames Ability to read and interpret emails and documents Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and creatively solve problems Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and to wo
