About the Role You will be part of a high-performing global team supporting a luxury brand with multiple locations. The role involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels while ensuring accuracy, speed, and a consistently elevated service experience. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, concierge services, reservations, or high-touch customer support environments .
