Customer Success Engineer
ABOUT EDIA Edia is the leading AI technology company in K-12 education, helping 1M+ students across the U.S. have an exceptional experience in school. THE PROBLEM WE NEED YOU TO SOLVE Edia serves 300+ school districts—including New York City, Fulton County, and San Francisco—with AI-powered solutions to address chronic absenteeism, math achievement, and complex data integrations and intervention workflows. Our newest product, our District Intelligence Platform (DIP) unifies K-12 data from SIS, LMS, attendance, and behavior systems into a single system of action for student success. Every new district means a complex, high-stakes integration. We connect to all major SIS (e.g. PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, etc.), configure Clever and ClassLink rostering, stand up SFTP data feeds, import benchmark and end-of-course exam scores, and align to district-specific data models across dozens of customers. A missed go-live date means a semester of lost student outcomes. We need a technical owner who can execute that end-to-end integration process: someone who can drive every integration workstream from contract signature to successful launch and pull in our engineering team where needed. THE ROLE You’ll be Edia's dedicated Customer Success Engineer (CSE)—a foundational hire on the Customer Solutions & Implementations team, reporting to our VP of Customer Success. You’ll function as the technical lead for integrations across CS, Engineering, and district IT stakeholders, balancing technical execution with strong project management and change-management instincts. This is not a standard onboarding role. You’re implementing a multi-product platform with multiple integration points, in districts with complex IT environments, competing priorities, and tight timelines. You bring an engineering mindset to every integration challenge — comfortable diving into API specs, data mapping, and system architecture — while maintaining the project rigor and customer judgment to deliver
