What your role looks like In your first months you’ll build deep knowledge of your accounts and a clear health baseline for each. By the end of your first year you’ll be consistently hitting your retention and expansion targets and recognised as the product expert your customers rely on. Own a portfolio of customers and deliver on clear targets for retention, adoption, and expansion. Drive AI adoption at scale, helping customers activate AI Agent, AI Journeys, and automation for measurable impact. Spot and close expansion opportunities independently, from extra seats and conversations to implementing new use-cases, channels and plan upgrades. Turn usage data and health signals into sharp business reviews and next steps that keep customers growing. Partner with Onboarding, Solution Consultancy, and Product to set customers up for success and
