About the Role: As a Customer Success Manager focused on serving our most strategic customers in Latin America. You will serve as a trusted advisor to agencies across the region, helping them derive maximum value from Planet’s satellite imagery and geospatial solutions. You’ll support mission-critical initiatives in areas such as emergency response, environmental monitoring, infrastructure planning, and natural resource management. Your role will be to deepen customer engagement, drive adoption of Planet products, and identify growth opportunities within your portfolio. You’ll work across a range of federal, state and municipal agencies building relationships, understanding regional priorities, and translating challenges into impactful geospatial solutions. This is a full-time, remote positi
