You Are: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data & AI Lead to oversee the data and AI practice at a federal client account. The ideal candidate will oversee a matrixed organization of approximately 60 professionals, including data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, AI developers, and cloud platform engineers, delivering innovative solutions across diverse projects. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the team, with a strong focus on recruitment, staffing, and the continuous training and upskilling of team members. You will also drive the identification and adoption of cutting-edge data platform technologies and tools to meet client needs and objectives. As part of your responsibilities, you will provide strategic oversight and guidance to a team of 12 data specialists delivering solutions on the Databricks platform. Additionally, you will oversee the management of the AI Innovation pipeline, ensuring the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions that align with the client’s objectives.
