Data Analyst & HR Analyst

Profile description: 5–8 years of professional experience in data analysis, data migration, or related roles; Proven experience managing data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems; Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation rules, and migration processes; Experience supporting data extraction, cleansing, and validation activities; Ability to reconcile large data sets and ensure the quality of employee and payroll-related information; Experience collaborating with Business Analysts to define and implement data rules aligned with business processes; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail; Confident in reviewing, validating, and challenging vendor-delivered data to ensure quality and compliance; Experience working with HR data models and HRIS platforms is highly valued; Familiarity with solutions such as SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, or similar HR systems is a plus; Knowledge of data migration methodologies or frameworks is considered an advantage; Experience with Excel and SQL is preferred; Fluency in English (mandatory).
