YOUR MISSION Support the optimization of logistics features, with a focus on delivery areas and supply/demand imbalances, by maintaining and improving settings, quantifying their impact, providing data-driven insights, coordinating feature rollouts, and measuring their effectiveness. THE JOURNEY Work closely with local/regional stakeholders, product teams and development teams, serving as a bridge between product and operations, to define how to best set up and enable products, monitor and give visibility of metrics and KPIs. Deep-dive on business metrics, in order to explore areas of opportunity and enable data-driven decision-making, based on applied statistics and probability techniques Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards. Build optimization processes to define the best tuning of every feature on each geography. Build robust relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology, business and product. Support recurrent processes within the team, enabling the adjustment of tools to business needs Continuously explore and refine key operational metrics (delivery time, efficiency, costs), gaining a comprehensive understanding of Glovo’s logistics. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 1-2 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role Excellent SQL and Excel/GoogleSheet skills Solid proficiency in statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with popular tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown. Knowledge
