Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Architect who will be responsible for enterprise-wide data design, balancing optimization of data access with batch loading and resource utilization factors. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in designing and constructing data architectures, operational data stores, and data marts, focusing on enterprise-wide data modeling and database design. Responsibilities: Define data architecture standards, policies, and procedures for the organization, structure, attributes, and nomenclature of data elements. Apply accepted data content standards to technology projects. Conduct business analysis, data acquisition, and access analysis and design. Optimize Database Management Systems and develop recovery and load strategy designs and implementations. Lead and plan database architectures for enterprise systems. Work on multiple projects as a project leader or subject matter expert. Address projects/issues of high complexity requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coach and mentor junior technical staff. Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 7 years
