P OSITIO N OVERVIEW The Data Center Development Intern will gain broad exposure to all aspects of hyperscale data center development while primarily supporting team efficiency through process improvement, operational efficiency initiatives, and the implementation of new tools and workflows. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside cross-functional teams involved in real estate, energy, project delivery, strategy, commercial development, and site execution. The intern will contribute to high-impact initiatives, assist with project coordination, and gain firsthand experience in how large-scale data center projects progress from site identification through development.
