Data Center Project Administrator

Position Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our growing Mission Critical team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring project documentation, reporting, and administrative processes are managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Commissioning Leads, and project teams, the Project Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate project records, coordinating documentation, supporting project reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal and client documentation standards. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Commissioning Leads, and project teams across multiple mission-critical projects. Convert technical and project information into organized, user-friendly documentation. Prepare, format, number, label, and maintain project documentation in accordance with company and client standards. Track project documents throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate version control and document status at all times. Maintain physical and electronic project filing systems to ensure documents are current, accessible, and properly archived. Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, formatting, and consistency prior to distribution. Coordinate with project team members to collect required documentation and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule. Distribute project-related documentation and communications to internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and external partners as required.
