WHAT YOU'LL DO At Daymark Health, we are transforming how data drives decision-making in healthcare. We are seeking a Data Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, impactful data pipelines, working with complex healthcare datasets, and contributing to Daymark’s mission. Working very closely with Finance and Clinical leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the foundation of our data operations. In this role, you will: Support the deployment of scalable infrastructure and tooling (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Sigma) to support analytics, reporting, and real-time data exchange with providers and partners. Drive high-impact analyses across claims, EHR, and real-time patient activity data, translating complex data into clear insights that inform care delivery and payer collaboration. Build and scale robust data pipelines and governance practices to ensure data integrity, availability, and compliance across the organization.
