Data Engineer - IAM

Listed as a remote role based in Poland. Data Engineer 12 month contract Location: Poland/Romania Rate: DOE Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimise Oracle database solutions that support the organisation's Identity Governance platform. Design and enhance SQL and PL/SQL scripts to process, validate, and transform identity data efficiently. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automated data workflows to ensure the timely exchange of information between enterprise systems. Partner with infrastructure, application, and cyber security teams to ensure identity data remains accurate, secure, and compliant with organisational standards. Monitor the performance and health of database environments and data integration processes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and system integrations supporting identity lifecycle management. Produce and maintain technical documentation covering database structures, integration designs, operational procedures, and support processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and streamline operational processes. Skills & Experience Exposure to Identity Governance platforms such as RSA or Savyint Strong knowledge of Oracle databases with hands-on experience writing, tuning, and troubleshooting SQL and PL/SQL. Experience developing software or automation using Python or another modern programming language. Understanding of ETL processes, data integration techniques, and enterprise data architecture. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration concepts. Appreciation of identity management principles, secure data handling, and information security best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to investigate and resolve technical issues.
