We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to own the most complex workstream in a large-scale Snowflake migration engagement: faithfully replicating all ETL and data reconciliation logic from a legacy Talend stack into Snowflake-native tooling (dbt and Snowpark). This is hands-on, deeply technical work — you'll be converting hundreds of transformation jobs, validating every output, and building the data quality infrastructure the rest of the platform depends on. WHAT YOU'LL DO Migration & Conversion - Inventory and document all existing Talend jobs, transformation logic, and reconciliation rules. - Operate the Datafold Migration Agent for automated bulk migration where supported. - Manually convert ETL jobs that cannot be automated and validate the correctness of each. - P
