Data Management Analysts are primarily responsible for leading the Data workstream within the AGS Implementation process. In addition, Data Management Analysts are responsible for all VMS loads that have financial impacts to AGS (Job Title, Rate, and Worker Modifications). The Data Management Analyst is responsible for gathering and validating incumbent worker/project/rate data from a variety of sources, analyzing, resolving data gaps, quality checking data, transforming data, and uploading it into a VMS. The Data Management Analyst represents the Data Management workstream on internal and external status calls and updates the project team and client on issue resolution, workstream status, or roadblocks. Data Management Analysts also assess potential risks to both the organization and the project as part of the workstream. Analysts participate in quality checking/auditing of peer data loads and assist/mentor Data Management Associates as part of their training. Analysts are expected to work on various projects other than implementations, including audits, Job Title/Rate/Worker modifications, data quality/mapping updates, and other general team projects.
