Who You Are We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Data Migration team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a real-world technical environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist with data migration projects by supporting data preparation, validation, testing, and execution activities while helping ensure project milestones are met. - Support data mapping and transformation by validating field mappings between legacy systems and Ontic, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data aligns with business requirements. - Collaborate with Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success teams to support migration activities, troubleshoot data issues, and learn data migration best practices. - Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation to help maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process. - Use SQL and other data tools to query, analyze, and manipulate datasets while developing technical skills in data migration and data management. - Document migration processes, testing results, and data findings while contributing ideas to improve workflows and operational efficiency. - Assist with client migration activities by preparing data rep
