Data Product Manager - RTM & Contact Strategy

About the role: We are hiring someone to lead global data products for Route to Market & Contact Strategy, helping define the most effective strategy for frontline sales teams in BEES-enabled markets and driving commercial performance. This person will be responsible for connecting business strategy, data engineering, data science and analytics to build scalable solutions that optimize how the frontline serves customers. The scope includes initiatives such as POC Segmentation, ideal visit frequency, ideal visit day, route execution, POC attributes, BDR productivity KPIs and foundational RTM data assets. A successful candidate combines strong analytical and technical background with product leadership, agile delivery, stakeholder management and the ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams. What you'll do: Lead the global data product strategy for RTM & Contact Strategy. Manage a multidiscipli
