Join us as we put healthcare on a better path!! Guidehealth’s Data Science team plays a pivotal role in supporting Value-Based Care performance and operations through data analytics and informatics. The Data Scientist develops and communicates analyses of ongoing operations to advance Clinical, Quality, and Coding and Documentation Improvement (CDI) performance goals. This role sits at the intersection of clinical intelligence and quantitative analysis. The ideal candidate combines hands-on clinical data experience with strong statistical, programming, and machine learning skills , and translates fluently between clinical and technical stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate depth on both sides: an understanding of how care is delivered, documented, and coded, and the technical ability to turn complex healthcare data into rigorous, actionable analyses. Responsibilities Partner with Clinical, Quality, and CDI teams to understand operational goals and business objectives, and identify where data science can support them. Perform statistical and machine learning analyses of clinical, claims, and other healthcare data, employing causal inference, predictive modeling, risk stratification, time-series analysis, and data visualization. Apply clinical intelligence and relevant literature throughout the analytic process, vali
