What You Will do as a Data Scientist: Develop and analyze marketing experiments and causal inference studies, including geo-holdouts, A/B tests, and synthetic controls Research and apply statistical, machine learning, and experimental methods to business problems Build forecasting models and analytical solutions for new and existing products, campaigns, and initiatives Integrate data from internal systems, third-party vendors, APIs, and external data providers Partner with Data Engineering teams to improve data availability and define requirements for new analytical capabilities Communicate findings and recommendations through clear visualizations, presentations, and documentation Support the development of Hasbro’s marketing data science initiatives What You Will Bring: Proficiency with Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, visualization libraries), SQL, and git Statistical modeling and experimental d
