Job Details This role involves managing the shipment and tracking processes for packages dispatched from CareKinesis fulfillment centers to various destinations, including participant residences, assisted living facilities, and PACE organization facilities. Responsibilities encompass closely monitoring all shipments to ensure timely delivery through internal and external tracking tools and dashboards, coordinating with national courier Account Managers, and effectively addressing and resolving various delivery challenges such as weather-related issues and exceptions, with the ultimate aim of achieving a high on-time delivery rate. Supervision and guidance are provided by a manager or supervisor. Schedule Tuesday 10am - 630pm; Wednesday 1030am-7pm; Thursday 1030am - 7pm; Friday 11am - 730pm; Saturday 1130am - 8pm Responsibilities Monitors and tracks all shipments by FedEx, UPS and other couriers to provide timely updates to team members and leadership. Acts as a liaison between various national couriers and our organization. Ensures accuracy of shipments by monitoring delivery systems for appropriate destination address and delivery time.
