Stretto is seeking a results-driven demand-generation manager to support Stretto Intelligence, the AI-enhanced product portfolio behind Research Suite and Stretto Conductor. This is a high-impact role that pairs strategy with hands-on execution: you will own the demand-generation programs that build our funnel, and you will build them yourself. You will take ownership of developing ABM and broad marketing campaigns, generating and qualifying leads, developing pipeline, and converting interest into opportunity across the bankruptcy and restructuring market. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop high-impact campaigns. The demand generation manager will be obsessed with details and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States. Essential Functions: ▪ Strategize: Develop digital marketing and Account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization that meet the desired business outcomes. ▪ Execute: Roll up your sleeves and execute the strategy including content development, basic design, and digital channels (that may involve the support of vendors). Constantly measure and test to look for opportunities to optimize results. ▪ Generate Demand: Build and run lead generation programs across email, social, in-app messaging, content, and events. Capture, route, and qualify leads so that every campaign produces measurable funnel contribution. ▪ Develop Pipeline: Own the lead lifecycle in the CRM, including segmentation, scoring, stage progression, and handoff. Nurture qualified leads and ensure no opportunity is lost to a broken workflow or a data gap. ▪ Drive Organic Growth: Own on-page and technical SEO across our web properties, including page optimization, metadata, and content structure. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search performance, and act on what the data shows.
