WBL operates with a fully remote, multinational workforce and an experienced executive leadership team. Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday , though additional hours may be required based on business needs. About the Role The Deputy Chief of Staff serves as the strategic deputy and trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff. Acting as an extension of the CEO's Office, this executive operates in a generalist capacity, leading special projects, driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring enterprise priorities are executed effectively. Rather than owning a single business function, the Deputy Chief of Staff is deployed wherever executive leadership requires additional capacity, analysis, coordination, or execution. The role serves as the CEO Office's right hand, helping transform strategic priorities into measurable results. What Success Looks Like Executive priorities and strategic initiatives are delivered on time and with high quality. Cross-functional initiatives are coordinated effectively with minimal bottlenecks. Executive commitments are tracked and completed with strong follow-through. Operational processes and executive reporting are continuously improved.
