DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations is currently looking for a Design Engineer to join their team in Lafayette, Louisiana. DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations, a subsidiary of Crest Industries, LLC., is looking to hire a Design Engineer. Design Engineers are primarily responsible for the conceptual, preliminary, and final designs of high voltage substation structures and foundations. Design Engineers are tasked with ensuring that all designs meet the requirements of the codes and standards set by regulatory bodies and customer specifications. This role is responsible for coordinating with project managers, customers, and other staff members to ensure all project requirements are met.
