Eng.) brings strong design experience and carries the main responsibility of design activities for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional structures impacted by disastrous incidents. This role applies advanced technical expertise backed by demonstrated experience to complex design challenges while working very closely with Drafting and Project Managers. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all levels of design work including highly complex projects. Involvement in all activities within the Technical Design division, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes and company expectations. Act as the liaison with clients, contractors, building owners, and building officials on complex technical matters and issues requiring resolution. Verify the obtaining of architectural and structural measurements and preparing of rough sketches while on site if needed. Research failure modes and code requirements as required. Authenticate all prepared necessary reporting and permit drawings generated outlining all restoration/renovation work.
