Design Manager/Team Lead, Civil Engineering - Mega Projects

Your new role You will be part of a high-performing, delivery-focused civils team that operates across international markets (primarily Canada, the Nordics and UK&I) and project phases, combining design leadership, contractor collaboration and commercial awareness to win and deliver complex design-and-build projects while maintaining strong governance, documentation and client relationships. You will help secure and deliver Ramboll’s first €multibillion main-works civils D&B project as a key design team player, complete the detailed design phases for assigned scopes, ensure timely preparation and submission of Task Authorisation deliverables while managing SME inputs to agreed hours and timelines, and establish and manage contractor relationships to strengthen tender prospects and support ongoing pursuits. Your key responsibilities will be: Lead and coordinate single-discipline design inputs within multidisciplinary teams on large civils D&B / contractor-led projects.
