Design Technologist / BIM Lead - Product Platform

ROLE SUMMARY The American Housing Corporation (AHC) is developing a prefabricated, panelized residential product platform for rowhome and low-rise multifamily applications. Design Technologist / BIM Lead will own the digital production flow and design automation on the Product team. You will implement BIM-management best-practices, experiment with cutting edge AI design automations, maintain the source-of-truth models for all of our building components. This role is central to creating a seamless workflow between product development and scalable project delivery. You will execute across the full stack: design, modeling, documentation, factory, and the field. You think in systems and platforms, move quickly and iteratively, and are comfortable living in the design to manufacturing to construction loop. You take ownership past the traditional architectural boundary, and you're organized and quality-control minded.
